User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request the deletion of personal data associated with applications and games published by Project Soda.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your user data, please send an email to:
projectsoda@prismsoda.com
Use the following email subject:
[Data Deletion Request] Application Name
Please include the following information:

1. The name of the application or game
2. Your User ID or Firebase User ID
3. Your current progress or level, if available
4. Your device platform, such as Android or iOS
5. Your country or region
6. A brief statement confirming that you want your user data deleted

Please do not send your password, payment information, store account password, advertising ID, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Data That May Be Deleted
Depending on the application and the data associated with the provided User ID, the deletion may include:

• Player profile and application usage data
• Game progress and saved data
• Virtual currency and owned item information
• Customization and configuration data
• Mission, achievement, and tutorial progress
• Settings stored on our servers
• Analytics identifiers directly associated with the user, where deletion is technically available

Some applications may not collect or store all of the data listed above.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when required for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Fraud prevention and security
• Accounting and purchase verification
• Resolving disputes
• Enforcing our agreements

Anonymous or aggregated information that can no longer identify an individual user may also be retained.
Purchases made through an application store are processed by the applicable store provider. Certain transaction records may be retained by the store provider or Project Soda when required by applicable law.
Processing Time
We will review the request and may contact you if additional information is required to identify the relevant account.
Valid deletion requests will generally be processed within 90 days. If applicable law requires a shorter processing period, the legally required period will apply.
We will notify you by email after the request has been completed or if certain information must be retained for legal reasons.
Uninstalling an Application
Uninstalling an application from your device does not necessarily delete data stored on our servers.
