1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using  the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Game immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play this Game. Users under the age of 13 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Use of the Game

You agree to use the Game only for personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the Game.

  • Use cheats, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools.

  • Exploit bugs or system errors for unfair advantages.

4. Virtual Items and Advertisements

The Game may include in-game rewards, items, or currencies that have no real-world monetary value.
The Game displays advertisements provided by third-party ad partners. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered through those ads.

We may collect limited user data for gameplay, analytics, and advertising purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you consent to this data collection and usage.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the experience of other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Project Soda Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
